Jessica Medenbach is a video and media designer, filmmaker, editor and producer. She is currently a Simonds Fellow and Video and Media Design MFA candidate at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Originally from the Hudson Valley in Upstate New York, Jessica studied Film and Electronic Arts at Bard College. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City, where she worked in film production and for the media designer, Tal Yarden. She has worked on projects ranging from documentary, music videos, video installation to media for live events, theater & opera. She has worked all over the United States and in Europe and has had her work written about in the New York Times and The Creators Project. Her work with Tal Yarden on Kaycee Documentary, a documentary project about two elderly sheep ranchers in Northeastern Wyoming, was most recently the featured Midnight Moment in Times Square in December 2016.
